What is Ketamine?

Ketamine is a transformative medicine that can rapidly address mental and spiritual symptoms related to many forms of anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Ketamine is also the only psychedelic that is also a dissociative. This means that you receive the benefits for the mind and a whole body release of anxiety. The body holds onto negative thoughts and patterns and this dissociation is a powerful part of the process.

Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic and analgesic, and has been listed on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines since 1985.

Ketamine is also prescribed off-label to treat a wide range of mental health issues.

What can ketamine do for me?

Ketamine frees the mind from patterns of negative feelings and thought loops so the brain can create new, healthier paths. This can be almost impossible for many of us to do on our own.

Ketamine stimulates the production of chemicals that restore and strengthen connections between neurons.

And just as importantly, we practice deep integration. After your sessions, you have the support to maximize these benefits and make them part of a new, freer, more buoyant you.

Bio-Hacking the Brain

With its ability to promote the creation of new, healthy neural connections, ketamine can improve mental health and create more space to love and feel loved; to be creative; to get fit; to enjoy life, however that looks to you.

The effects of ketamine therapy can last for months or even create permanent shifts, especially with multiple sessions, and our integration support.

Method and process

We work with Journey Clinical, our prescribing physician partners. They prescribe the most gentle delivery method – sublingual tablets. The tablets take effect in 10 to 15 minutes and have the smoothest onset and decline.

How it works

Ketamine is highly effective if a person is stuck emotionally and physically. It’s known
for being able to push past areas that had previously been unavailable. If you feel stuck
in repeated relapses, ineffective medications, or growth plateaus, Ketamine might be
the power tool for the job.

Once you reach out, we will guide you through the process.

Here is how it looks: Call us, email us or direct message us on social media.
● Set up an appointment with one of our therapists for an Intake. During the Intake
you can talk about your concerns and goals and make sure the therapist is the
right fit for you.
● We will help you set up an appointment with our prescribing partner Journey
Clinical. They will ask you some questions and create an appropriate dosage for
your journeys.
●  Next we get to the good stuff: The Journey. Every Cycle has three parts:
Preparation, Journey and then Integration. These parts are all equally important
and build on one another.
● We recommend at least four Journeys, but we will continue to communicate and
find the cadence that best serves you.

1. Preparation Session: 1 hour with your therapist that will provide you with an
abundance of information and will answer all of your questions. They will cover
the logistics of the Rx, what the recommended dosage is, protocols, plan,
playlist, chaperone, how to do vitals and set intentions.

2. Journey Session: 2 hour 45 minutes session that starts with a check in,
reviewing instructions, vitals, somatic based exercises for relaxation and
intention. You’ll also discuss fears and apprehensions. You’ll listen to a curated
playlist, your therapist will be on the call with your chaperone, who will be timing
medication. The internal journey will last for 1 hour depending on dosage and
processing.

3. Integration: 1 hour virtual session where you will begin to make sense of your
experience, take action from what came up for you, discuss healing and
addressing new or old hobbies/habits, resources, while prioritizing play. Added
neuroplasticity is an ideal time to engage in those things that help you explore
your subconscious – art, drawing, meditation, creating sacred space/ritual,
journaling, expressive arts (singing, dancing, painting). Natural healing begins as
a result.
