I utilize a non-judgmental, compassion-focused approach, coupled with strength/evidence-based practices. In treatment we will thoroughly explore your life and symptoms, learn healthy and effective coping strategies, and put an individualized, actionable plan in place to begin working towards your therapeutic goals.
