While I tend to attract busy young professionals who are trying to recover from their perfectionism and discover a deeper sense of self-worth, anyone who is feeling stuck, or feels they have lost connection to themselves and what brings them joy could benefit from our work together. Prior to gaining my Masters in clinical psychology, I spent over a decade in corporate entertainment before I transitioned to a career as a Certified Professional Coach.  My experience in the Television Industry has not only provided me with insight to the unique challenges faced by those both on and off camera but has also influenced my therapeutic style as being both direct and collaborative, while finding moments of humor and levity as we navigate your journey together.  

I completed my B.A. in Communications at Villanova University prior to receiving my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles.  I had a comprehensive internship with the Maple Counseling Center where I was trained in a variety of contemporary and psychodynamic modalities of treatment and gained experience working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, PTSD, Complex PTSD, intergenerational trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, and personality disorders. I am certified in Trauma Informed- CBT and as a Certified Professional Coach.

While I tend to attract busy young professionals who are trying to recover from their perfectionism and discover a deeper sense of self-worth, anyone who is feeling stuck, or feels they have lost connection to themselves and what brings them joy could benefit from our work together. Prior to gaining my Masters in clinical psychology, I spent over a decade in corporate entertainment before I transitioned to a career as a Certified Professional Coach.  My experience in the Television Industry has not only provided me with insight to the unique challenges faced by those both on and off camera but has also influenced my therapeutic style as being both direct and collaborative, while finding moments of humor and levity as we navigate your journey together.  

I completed my B.A. in Communications at Villanova University prior to receiving my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles.  I had a comprehensive internship with the Maple Counseling Center where I was trained in a variety of contemporary and psychodynamic modalities of treatment and gained experience working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, PTSD, Complex PTSD, intergenerational trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, and personality disorders. I am certified in Trauma Informed- CBT and as a Certified Professional Coach.
